Over the last 20 years, more than twenty million square meters have been built using lightweight slab technology. It has proven to be efficient and capable of achieving better structures through calculations and symmetrical placement of voidformers or concrete shapers. The technology was developed in Germany and is now used in more than 25 countries. With the new innovative products, we are taking this innovative technology to the next level. The new concept was designed to satisfy all parties involved in the projects: architects, engineers, developers, contractors and investors. The technology is based on the formation of special cavities inside the reinforced concrete slab. Where static calculations allow, solid concrete is replaced with 100% recycled concrete shapers. It is possible to build "green" buildings using concrete slabs with particularly wide spans.
